Hi Everyone

Thankfully our last outing was good under foot, not wet or muddy, we hope to achieve same again on our next walk. Whilst we know what to expect it is recommended you wear your walking boots/shoes as the rain is still with us and you can predict more surface water at least.

We will be setting off at 1-45 pm from Brownedge Close, Bamber Bridge. From the Close we pass through Dog kennel Wood, Cock Shott Wood, Hennel Brook, London Way Bridge, Hennel Lane, Carr Wood, Sewage Works, Vernons Sports Ground, Middleforth Hall, Factory Lane, Tram Road, disused rail track, Todd Lane Station, Junction Bridge and return. Stile free, flat, good underfoot, 4.5 easy miles.

To get there: Post Code PR5 4UJ.  From Brownedge Road B5257 going  towards Bamber Bridge, through the lights at Todd Lane, straight across the roundabout at A6 London Way and then immediate left into Brownedge Close until you reach the sheltered accommodation area, turn around and street park. Meet near sheltered homes car park.
